    If Muse stops now, they will lose a lot of their fanbase. Why would you stop when you are on the way up? The last taste in many people's mouths would be NSC...which...um, yeah...

     

    I wish they could merge the OoS-style rock with some of the pop/prog sensibilities of The Resistance.

     

    I don't like bands who care about "their fanbase". If you are musician, you would know that you make music for your own not for fans ! (just my opinion) And i hate bands who care about their fanbase => all the fashion bands like The Strokes, Razorlight and many others! And if Muse are going on, i'm gonna hate Muse and i'll keep their debuts. That's all.

     

    And i don't care with their new style of music, i just don't want to hear some cheesy music :mad: (and you all know what i mean with cheesy song :rolleyes: )

     

    However, Kid A is a very dancing album and Everything... is a disco song in its way :happy:

    I think Exogenesis is miles better than Muscle Museum but that's dfferent i can't compare these two songs. It's more easy to compare B&H or Blackout to Exo because of the style of music, just my opinion.

     

    Anyway, Showbiz is MY favorite album and to me SHOWBIZ IS THE BEST ALBUM !!! End of the thread :awesome::dance::musesign:

    Favorites songs on Showbiz = Showbiz > Cave > Fillip > and i don't know maybe HT&I'LLLY or Falling Down or Sunburn or Uno or Sober :LOL: and i love the others, just perfects songs! Go on Muse :D

     

    And yes, that's so cool to play Sunburn at the piano (and i can play a little FG, New Born and In Your World) a friend of mine teach me :happy:

    1. Guiding Light is good. => not at all

    2. Feeling Good is awesome live. => of course, it's okay

    3. Starlight is actually really good live as well. => hmm no

    4. Exo Politics is awesome. => yes it is

    5. IBTY is awesome. The french part is also the highlight of the song. => not totally agree but ok, it's a good song, original song

    6. NSC, from the clips, has the potential to be brilliant. =>[/b] we will see but i don't think so

    7. Screenager and Darkshines are awesome and underrated. => depends of my mood but i like them both

    8. Showbiz is easily the worst album. => ok, now we wil fight :LOL: best album ever! no bad song and no powerless song, what else?

    9. The Resistance is as good as OoS and Absolution. Easily => no no no no! Maybe one day i will forgive them to compose The Resistance

    I watched to the Muse live performance in Seattle on Myspace. And god, that was freaky....

     

     

     

     

    ... annoying, the crowd didn't move at all, matt's voice was not good. And the wildscreens behind the stage are useless, no little clips. And the towers are useless too, it serves to nothing. And appart of Ruled By Secrecy, i wondered why was i watching to this. And i was upset when he began the intro of Hoodoo at the guitar and then played Starlight, what that? They can't do this! And the owner of the video skipped Newborn :stunned: humm, he's crazy! And there were no riffs at the end of the songs except after Knights. And the new version of Plug in Baby (also the freaky solo at the end) is very bad, very flat, powerless, a shame!

     

    The end of Muse live?

     

    Is it enough controversial ? :LOL:

    I think Undisclosed Desires is most definitely underrated. Granted I do prefer Muse's heavy rock style over there Resistance material, but the bassline on Undisclosed Desires is just too amazing to ignore...

     

    I agree with you, it's just a different way to sing and to compose a song. Chris is the best ahah
