Hello Matt, not bad thank you!

At the moment, i think they need to introduce some newer players and allow them to grow as players with the squad. With younger players, by the time they actually reach the squad theyre either 26-27, which is still very old considering some teams introduce players at 20-21. They have to start intorducing younger players and shuffling their squad when needed. whats ur opinion??
