We are no longer issuing refunds for this show as of 12.18.2015.

I ended up having to call them (1-800-594-8499) and speak to a manager to get my refund. No reason given for the arbitrary date.

 

As much as I love Vegas, can't justify going again so soon for what will most likely be another mediocre-at-best setlist.

Did anyone else have issues trying to get tickets through Goldenvoice (AXS) today for the pre-sale?

 

I was on before the tickets went on sale filled out all of the information and then was in their line or waitlist for when the tickets to go on sale. When it was time for me to purchase tickets it showed that they could not find tickets and to select a different venue or price level (there is only one option for each one of these available).

 

After trying for around 15 minutes it went from not being able to find the tickets for the venue or price level to Sold Out.

 

I contacted their customer service and they said that they weren't showing any errors with the system. I just don't want to run into this same issue when I try again tomorrow.

You clearly haven't read the last several pages. Most of us had exactly this issue.
