I think the presale tickets were sold out around 9:02am last friday.
Wow, I consider myself lucky! I was at an airport in Spain at the time and tried to log in on my phone, on airport wi-fi... Didn't think it would work, but within a few minutes I got the ticket!! Could only get 1 ticket though... was it the last one...?

I had the same thing!
Just keep trying to find Muse events and click on Cologne, after 3 times it worked for me!

I had issues getting it to load in Chrome for Windows, but IE worked fine. Don't know if that was perhaps an issue for some?
I got 4x tickets for London 12th
Same here... had both running, IE worked perfectly. Chrome kept loading after 10.00!!

I do think it's stupid that you can only get physical tickets, and no PDF tickets...
It cost me € 15,- extra for shipping the ticket to The Netherlands

I'm logged in on ticketmaster Germany for Cologne tickets.
When I refresh the page it doesn't return to Muse but Starlight Express!!!
Who cares about Starlight Express when you can get Muse tickets!!!

It's for the UK, where did you enter it?
For Prague it was the first thing visible when opening the link from the news section.
For UK I'm not sure, I won't go there. Is it ticketmaster as well?

Can you only enter your code once the sale starts?
I already entered the code for Prague tickets... but obviously the tickets aren't visible yet.
Germany would be when sale starts I guess.

Whoops, ticketmaster Germany does state it somewhere else on the site:
"Every ticket purchased includes your choice of a standard physical* or a standard digital copy of DRONES."

No copy of the album on German tickets as well...
At least it's not stated on ticketmaster.

This may have been said before, but I've only just noticed:$: there's different codes for bunches of countries...one for France, one for Germany/Austria/Switzerland, and one for the rest - UK/Ireland/Spain/Italy. Glad I checked the members page again! Could have been a disaster, trying to put in the wrong code
Gawd I'd forgotten how bloddy stressful this is...
I see I'm not the only one who gets stressed now
I have all my codes copied and written down, logged in to check my logins, checked details on paying... Only 40 minutes left now...
