Hey guys, I need a little help with this. What are the chords that Matt plays in the chorus?

This tab's quite accurate. He plays the single note Bs at the start of the chorus on the E string rather than the A though.

EDIT: forgot to put the link for the tab in

it is? Thank you, i'll try to learn it. It's so hard to mute the synth so I can just listen to Matt's guitar parts though.

Think it’s just what I call his ‘321’ scales. Most famous example being MM @ Glastonbury ‘04. Someone on here showed me their way of doing it ages ago, I’ll try and describe it as best I can.

If you were to start it on, let’s say the 13th fret, you’d play this pattern:

-13——-

—-12—-

——-11-

———-

———-

———-

Then descend that pattern down and back up the strings, starting at 13 on the B, then the G, etc. Sometimes, when you get back to the start, move the pattern up or down one fret before going again. Quite tricky at first to get it as smooth as Matt does at the speed he goes at but you’ll get it. If that’s not exactly what he does, this technique always sounded close enough to me anyway.

No problem. I think that was all of them, unless he uploaded more at a later date.

Yes, exactly that. I downloaded them in 2012, and kept them all these years waiting to give them to a mysterious stranger

There ya go - Confirmed using the Taratata performance where you can see it pretty clearly. Only thing I'm not sure of is whether he's playing Cmaj or Csus2 as the final chord because it looks as if he's only playing the G and C notes but it sounds a little thicker.

Can't find that video online. Might be blocked here. I was basing it on the one below

For the one highlighted, that was my initial thought. I was thinking he might be playing the D string on the 9th fret too, but I think you're correct. He's probably just using his first finger to mute everything else.

https://mytaratata.com/taratata/529/muse-pressure-2018 this is the link to Taratata! You can clearly see him playing the chord shape of just the eBG strings for the Bmaj chord in this one.

Also if you pause straight at 2.52 in the Fallon one you can see it again. Index finger on the G string 11th fret, ring finger on the 12th fret on the B string and middle finger 11th fret high E.

Definitely think the C chord is just the G and C notes now having seen the Fallon video though.

Hey guys! I have some difficulties figuring out what Matt plays during propaganda's solo. I think the live version is slightly different than the studio version.

Even when it's right before my eyes (see video at 1m40) i can't find a way to play it properly :v Can someone help me please?
