I've found the perfect pair of pants for Matt or Dom to wear the next time they visit somewhere warm, with a beach: "Vintage 1980s Surf Pant Life's a Beach Cubic Skull 32" (scroll a fifth of the way down the page; it's right below the "porn dragon," don't ask). It's perfect Lolzy couture: teal and black plaid pants with stylized skulls dotted throughout -- said skulls being sufficiently stylized so as to reasonably pass for alien faces (Zetas!) from a distance -- apparently being auctioned on Ebay, with the auction closing this Sunday (Oct. 25) evening, just shy of 7:30 PM Pacific Time (appropriately enough).

 

Never mind that I can't actually find this auction on Ebay, and I'm using the same exact headline depicted in this link. They've got to exist somewhere, and word has got to reach Matt and Dom... for one thing, Dom can't keep wearing pink shorts when he goes jetskiiing, as we've already Lolzed that item to death.

 

So what do you think about the pants, and can you find them on Ebay?

I'd prefer it as a shirt too, if only because they don't have many occasions for wearing surf pants of any design, but with vintage duds beggars can't be choosers... it's either the pants or nothing, unfortunately.

Re. the ganja shorts, it's not like I didn't consider it, but weed was never their thing. Neither is reggae, come to think of it.

 

As for the tasteless joke, I'd refer back to their infamous orgy years and make some throwaway about how "three little birds" want to get inside those shorts... ("Three Little Birds" being a Bob Marley hit.)

 

Oh, and yes we're definitely bonkers, but the people around here knew that already anyway.

I bought mine sunday and I think it looks far better than the "pwoper" marlery jacket. Only problem is sometimes I'm afraid to wear it out because people will think of me as a Matt wannabe, when it's just a really nice jacket
