WB ripping off a Muse Fan!.

Admin are You able to help a Muse fan who is beig ripped off by WB?

I have Postal receipts to prove items were returned, and an Email from WB proving they are lying.

Can someone at Admin please contact Muse Management!

Or are Admin above helping out, and do Management really care?

Or is it only about the Money for both WB and Muse Management?.

So much for the Muse Community.

As You can't be bothered to contct Muse Management, please consider if You should continue being Admin, I think no!.

I have been in contact with them for a while.

They have lied to Me, and refused to refund in full for items I returned, or wanted replacing.

A fact, they actually made up what they valued the items I returned. (£5 per each item, when muse.mu has them for sale at £8 each).

I never asked for a refund on those items I returned in the First package, I asked for replacements.

They even refunded Me £10 for the CD they said I returned! (I never returned an CD, but 5 Cassettes that had the incorrect Sleeves).

And not refunded anything For Vinyl's I returned that arrived damaged, on the Second returned pakage. (using recorded delivery, so on both returns they have been recieved (track and trace).

Muse Management should read the Email exchanges between WB and Me, so they can see how bad WB Custonmer Services are, and they will read the lie WB told Me.

WB are a disgrace and I need help, as I 'm out of Pocket, and not being treated correctly.

Time some of the Muse Management resigned as well, as they do not check the Forums, to find out the Fans thoughts and opinions.

Or they simply don't care.

when the shit hits the Fan, what are us Fans to do?.

I will not be ripped off by WB.

They received My returned items, but I'm still waiting for replacements and refunds.

I have sent them multiple Emails, with limited responses.

I need to speak to either WB Management or Muse Management.

WB Customer Services are a disgrace, and You all just stand bye.

If You are not prepared to help, resign.

And please remove the useless online Admin.

Muse Management, You can see from the Photo's I have provided, by using the Tracking Numbers on Royal Mail Track and Trace, that the dishonest WB have received My returns.

I'm advising against buing from WB, as they are dishonest and are liars.

And when You return an item or items that arrive damaged, or are the wrong items, You could well lose Your Money.

Are Muse Management going to step in and help?.

Answer, not a chance.

They have God Syndrome.

What's the point of this Forum?

When a Muse Fan is being rip ripped off by WB, surely Admin would read that message, and pass on that message to Management, so they can have a look.

Not on this Forum.

The Admin/Moderators are useless, and must be replaced by People who care about the Muse Fan Base.
