Oct tour dates presale rules

I've been a long time muse.mu member but, today, was forced by the website to create a new membership. Yet, apparently presale tickets for the upcoming Oct 2022 dates are only available under the below conditions. This doesn't seem fair.

"To be eligible for a code, you must have created a Members account prior to 26 May 2022. "

Same exact thing happened to me, I even ordered the deluxe album set and never received a code. I contacted them and the said well we will be releasing more tickets today but they still require a code which they never gave me. I’m So frustrated.
