That depends on what you consider is highly rated, and where. The basis is so subjective it renders the results meaningless.

I think it's a great song but everyone seems to cry and run in circles everytime anyone names it. It's not THAAAAT good, the ultimate musical piece in the universe!

I would say SMBH, yet the Alternate live version which to me is much better, gets so little love
