NatalieTalksTooMuch
It doesn't take much to put a setlist change in. All you need is some lights going off here and there and shots of the band on the screen/towers and you're done. All MKU is a red light. They could easily bring out TSP and throw random light changes and the only work needed would be from Kirk and the band playing it. +1 also, if we could be spared both Guiding Light and NSC, I'd be one very very happy girl. (but i know that won't ever happen) (and now Guilding Light is stuck in my head...lovely)

beeSides
Yeah, that's part of the reason for my pessimism - don't want to get my hopes up! If I go expecting essentially the same set I got in March then I can't be disappointed oh i'll be disappointed if there's no change in the setlist...i just won't have spend the weeks up to the concert feeling my bloodpressure go up as i see this happening for everyone which is why i'm leaving this thread now

paper tiger
Didn't you guys get like, 2 shows in April? lol yep Arizona had at least two gigs there during their first leg of The Resistance tour. and FL...0 Even if they did eventually announce a FL gig I will not be going to the show, I'll go to meet up w/ musers but not to see the show. I'm a bit fed up really and I don't even like their new album anyway.
ZachWithAnH
i meant this tour, and the second one probably sucked because it was on the Pima County Fairgrounds (which is the absolute worst place to have a concert)

paper tiger
i meant this tour, and the second one probably sucked because it was on the Pima County Fairgrounds (which is the absolute worst place to have a concert) They already were there during their first leg of the tour and bands very rarely go back to same states during their second leg unless it's a very big state or a place they love doing gigs at. Gigapoodle
Are they going to keep MK Jam for this leg of the tour or will they go back to Helsinki? I thought they would do Helsinki for the pillars...

juicyfrys
i meant this tour, and the second one probably sucked because it was on the Pima County Fairgrounds (which is the absolute worst place to have a concert) Actually....the Tucson gig was way better than the Phoenix gig. Way more energy and having a stripped stage was great.
dagreatone123190
Put are they going to have the pillars this leg? I recall an interview where they said it's going to be the exact same show as the first leg of the American tour....

dagreatone123190
Well what do you mean a stripped stage? The Tuscon gig was a fest so they got the US fest stage....and only like 11 songs...
Davinq
DTHB at WaMu last December had a festival stage/set... and it was fantastic. FAR better than the tour stage, even though the set consisted of mostly new material (5 TR, 6 older). They opened with MK Ultra!
