randomparrot
I like both but I think Fury is a better song but I do get bored of it quickly. The small print studio version is horrible but it's great live.

Gareeh
tsp, fury is waaaay too overrated. the riff is cagey and the bass is mediocre. that's all.
DownAndOut
Fury (by about 200m in a 1500m race).

darkshines9
The Small Print. No competition. Fury's good too, but not nearly as great as TSP.

llamafish164
TSP have an awesome riff, but Fury is great too. Yeah good riff and verses, but I dont like the chorus. Fury is just plain badass, would have worked on Absolution so well.
Gareeh
Yeah good riff and verses, but I dont like the chorus. Fury is just plain badass, would have worked on Absolution so well. are you kidding ? the amazing thing about absolution is that all the songs either make a minor change in pace or none at all, which is why endlessly is just like a sore tooth in respects to fitting in with the rest of the album. i struggle to see where fury would have fit in, interlude then fury then hysteria would maybe work but, just no. just my opinion perhaps someone will correct me. the only thing that does it favours with that argument is the lyrics are still along the "end of the world" theme. forevermusic
I prefer Eternally Missed and The Groove to Fury so I'd rather put them on the album. I also prefer TSP to Fury.
Tom//P
No contest. FURY TSP is a bit generic in comparison.

Hat
Eternally Missed>Fury>The Groove>The Small Print But TSP fits much better on the album, it's just placed wrong.
Gareeh
But TSP fits much better on the album, it's just placed wrong. true. but eternally missed is the best abso b-side.
Hopix
It's funny. I just listened to these two back to back spontaneously. Have to say I'm digging TSP atm. It's just so fast, thrashy and heavy <

Gareeh
okay this is starting to bug me, what do people hear in fury that i don't. it SHOULD be a good song but a riff played as such a slow pace is just so boring and the vocals aren't exactly "this should wake 'em up either." okay so we've established it's a slower tempo song, now songs that are slow from muse should be fucking beautiful like blackout, or falling away with you for example. where matt's voice compliments the music. in fury's case this is non-existent ! so why is it loved so much ? xbroken_ideals
Fury is one of my favourite songs, and it's lyrics are up there with Hoodoo. As much as I love TSP, if I had to choose, it would be Fury.

Calliope.
The bass line of Fury is just and I love the falsetto at the last part. But for me, TSP wins by a fraction.

Riveon
TSP is just a fairly generic heavy song. There's not all that much to it. It would have been a great b-side, but it looks pathetic sitting alongside superior 'rocky' songs such as Stockholm Syndrome and Hysteria.
