Has anyone gotten close to my 13 in one year yet? :LOL:

Yep! By the end of this year I will have been to 51 since August 2006 in 13 countries.

2006 = 13

2007= 16

2008 = 3

2009 = 9

2010 = 10

I've been slacking off the last couple of years since I became a student but I graduate next year so hopefully more money = more Muse :)

If i could, and had the money and the age and someone to travel with i would be spending all my time travelling around the globe to see Muse. I tried to talk my dad to go with me to Wembley in September, but yeah, it didn't happen. I live in Denmark, so it's quite far to go... But i think it's worth it. I even suggested to pay for it all myself, but no, he didn't wanted to, and i'm not allowed to go on my own because i'm 15

Same problem. Being 15 sucks. :indifferent:

Maybe I could have gone there, but I'm in France in September and I'm on a residential school, so it just wouldn't work out with the time. Apart from that, the parents of my exchange partner wouldn't allow it. I would spend my last money for it, but it just doesn't work. But I traveled from germany to the Netherlands this year to see them :happy:

Not fair, you got a head start. :phu: Ok, but can I still win for most in the shortest timespan? I'm going to 9 in the space of 2 months, across 2 countries and within the U.S., 6 states. :D

I think my craziest time was in November 2006 where I did 12 shows in 3 weeks in 4 countries (if you count England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland separately). The next craziest was the summer of 2007 where I did 10 shows in just over 2 months in 6 countries (including 4 states in the US).

But I know people who can beat us both easily on those!

That's pretty far! I think the furthest I've ever travelled to see a band was to Sweden. And i live in Denmark, so it's not that far. But i've been lucky to see Muse 2 times at a year, and when i saw them at Roskilde it was almost as they were playing in my backyard! :happy:

Aw darn, and here I thought I was special. :LOL: You have to admit though it is easier for you Brits to see them more. ;)

that is so awesome. I held off from doing any of the australia gigs bc I think I would be out of time off and money by then! :$ but that is so very cool and we'll need updates from the road!! hope you can manage it ;)

hokey smokes :eek: that is amazing ... you can probably really speak to how the band has evolved over the years in performance vs sound vs on-stage acrobatics vs well just about anything related to a show :happy:

I'm not going nearly as far as anyone else, but my best friend and I are taking a 7.5 hour bus ride to see them in October :) That's pretty far for me!

riding a BUS (even with bathrooms) for nearly a whole work shift is a pretty big deal!! I can't stand riding in the car for more than 3-4 hours straight without getting ants in my pants and wanting to jump out!! :rolleyes:

Never thought I would be able to actually travelling to go see Muse so soon, but it's a reality already :D

So...I will go see them at Xacobeo, in Santiago de Compostela. Will also go to both Wembley Stadium dates. The other two concerts were in Portugal, so.. I guess travelling to Lisbon doesn't count ahah!

I couldn't go to the Madrid stadium because I had national exams :( and I had a ticket for the Paris show on the 25th..... but we had no money to go, because RiR was two days after.

Last autumn I went to nine gigs all around Europe (France, Germany (twice), Belgium, UK (3 times), Ireland, Italy), mostly with a very dear friend and Muse-addict, that was the best time of my life! Since then I'm ruined, but rich in good, unforgettable memories (and that's what counts!)! Travelling again to London on september 10th... (for a level 5 seat in row 19 :(:()

:bumpity!: :bump! :bump!:

So ... who is traveling and from where! for Lolla Chicago - Muse headlining?

:D Flying to Chicago from Maine! :awesome:

This will only be the second time I'll be seeing them (I never had the money or time before this past year!), but I think it's kind of funny that the first time I saw them it took a 7-hour bus trip. This time it'll be a nearly 3 hour flight.

I can't wait for the day when they come back to the northeast so I can DRIVE for once and not have to pay ridiculous travel expenses! :chuckle:
