KAM3L
It seems as though once you establish a misheard lyric its stuck in your head for life. Like I know I'm wrong but I still go along with it

tacojjj
I'm still unsure about the last lines of PIB. Doesn't sound like he sings what the lyrics say he's singing. Haha, yeah. I know.

Syltetøy
I've just discovered this thread and went randomly through the pages. I'm just laughing myself out ! I misheard so many lyrics that I can't tell. Sometimes I don't get a single word and sometimes the ones I get are all wrong. The worst is Micro Cuts, before I had a look at the lyrics, I thougt there were none at all ! As a French native speaker, my favourite remains the French part in I belong to you, that I didn't get at all. Wiponnzamatendwesse, vewsemoalivwesse... ArtsyChick
This happened today: I tried to hum (but in fact slaughtered) the French bit in IBTY, and my mom said it sounded like the theme from Star Trek. I thought, "OMG I am THAT bad!?!" Then I played her the original... and she still heard it! As a French native speaker, my favourite remains the French part in I belong to you, that I didn't get at all. That makes me feel better, thanks! Csutimano
I am not a native english speaker so i can hardly understand anything of the songs but if i hear something it's always wrong. I Heard Bliss when I was 14 ( I am 16 now) and i thought it was: " Everything about you is beneath happiness" instead of " Everything about you resonates happiness" And I just realized it a few weeks ago

HyperChondriac-Microcosm
Instead of "It's a new dawn it's a new day it's a new life for me" in Feeling Good, I heard: "it's a new bone it's a new day it's a new knife for me", or sometimes it was "it's a new born it's a new day it's a new knife"
