the aurora Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 awwwwww woooww! I'd forgotten the pineapple sporks! Is there room for addition to the Muse Novel? It was great.... taking turns to nip off for food and things and toilet breaks! You know what? Last week when I was reading it, I saw that a big part was missing. I think it got deleted somehow. Grrr. But yeah, there's always stuff to add to the Novel. I remember I was offered some pineapple action. Gazebo! awwww its all flooding back! Just the actual word 'gazebo' makes me laugh! Its so funny! I know, right?! We were in line "right now." I would be "seeing" Dom in a bit (I kept a text from right after...it has the time).
stuffitv3 Posted November 9, 2007 Posted November 9, 2007 awwww its all flooding back! Just the actual word 'gazebo' makes me laugh! Its so funny! Oh god that was entertaining. Silly thing.

stuffitv3 Posted November 9, 2007 Posted November 9, 2007 Hem hem. The Muse Cave of Wonders. Did I offer you pineapples? Yes, I rejected cause I was trying to keep my slim figure.
the aurora Posted November 9, 2007 Posted November 9, 2007 Yes, I rejected cause I was trying to keep my slim figure. Ah yes, I remember that.

Standard sort of procedure. And a nice relaxing bottle of wine on Sunday night. Work was boring today though. but Muse rock though, so thats the main thing.

stuffitv3 Posted November 12, 2007 Posted November 12, 2007 My weekend was ok. Watched the new episode of Top Gear and that's about it. Oh hey, what is the significance of the poppies?

stuffitv3 Posted November 13, 2007 Posted November 13, 2007 Thank you. I thought it might have something to do with some past war somehow.
the aurora Posted November 13, 2007 Posted November 13, 2007 Huh? What's going on? I don't feel like clicking the links.
stuffitv3 Posted November 13, 2007 Posted November 13, 2007 I was wondering why the Top Gear crew were wearing poppies on the last episode.
brian27 Posted November 14, 2007 Posted November 14, 2007 Its not just Top Gear (although that show reaches so many people), its just about everything on British TV for the last 3 or 4 weeks. It started in 1921 for those British (and Commonwealth) soldiers who neeeded help after WW1.... nursing, money, food etc. It has continued ever since, but they are desperately short of money. It happened to be the poppy because it persisted to grow through all the mayhem and carnage... and particularly in and amongst the war graves. The U.S obviously played a big part in WW2, but also a big part in WW1... which isn't that well known, so really its in remembrance of the U.S too.
Darkshines2020 Posted November 14, 2007 Author Posted November 14, 2007 7 weeks ago, I vas in my hotel room getting all hyped up. good times! hello all! 'tis been awhile ....
