was maybe the location to small for muse?

helsinki and bergen have more much places...stockholm just max.3000!

hmh..!:confused::erm:

i don't really know why the show has been cancelled.

but i want to know the truth!

no it must be more than 3000, i think you're thinking of the seats.

the reason could more possibly be too few sold tickets (?)

At least they didn't pull a Placebo and cancel a whole tour.

 Don't even joke about that! *knocks on a million pieces of wood*

Like I said before, all these recent cancellations (albiet justified... except this one) are making me so nervous  Us Musers are just having bad luck lately when it comes to gigs, it seems!

I feel bad for the fans who had the show canceled. :(

It seems odd to cancel the show now (the end of May) - the concert isn't until July. This would have given people plenty of time to secure tickets. It just seems odd. :stunned:

I doubt it is due to not enough tickets being sold. As you say there was still plenty of time and they could still perform to the people who had tickets in any case.

Blimey Carrie, you really have excelled yourself this time!

To post what you have in a thread full of bitterly disappointed fans who (quite rightly) want a proper explanation is pretty thoughtless, foolhardy and, in my opinion, RUDE.

Could you not have given your 'Must defend Muse at all costs' routine a break? Just for once?

Correction two people had posted!:stunned: And it doesn't look like the person who made the comment even has tickets. I understand why people are upset and I saw the other thread afterwards, but there is too much jumping on everything without any any thought on this board. No one has any idea why this has happened. Maybe it would be a good idea to wait and see what the explanation is. Hopefully there will be one.

I am very disappointed.:(

However I am still free on 21/7 & 22/7, since I won't get anything back from booked flights, hotel and bus tickets, I might still fly to Stockholm for a mini break, just hope the Icelandic volcano do not erupt while I'm there.:D

Carrie

Like everyone else I like to know the reason why the gig is cancelled but your guess about Muse - "don't they usually give a reason? That's strange. Maybe it's something they can't say" actually made me feel slightly acceptable not knowing anything.

I am not going to stress myself.

It's simple Carrie, they should have posted the explanation right away when they cancelled the show, since it's obvious they didn't cancel it without knowing why. Cancelling something and not even mentioning that it will be explained afterwards is terrible.

+1

At least they could have said that a explanation would follow
