MoodyJ
What's the bet they pull out a good set tonight, just like the 02 gigs? MK instead of NSC RbS instead of IBTY Bliss instead of Butterflies CE early set instead of Soldier's Poem late set Psychic?
Hat
hahahahahahahaha Not laughing much now are you?

garseys
Good setlist, but Muse have obviously gone insane. When have they even been sane?

a-museing
Good set tonight but I don't understand why they can't try and find a healthy balance between cheese and rocking the fuck out. Swapping NSC or IBTY for CE/Bliss/MK would have been better. Really happy RBS is back but I doubt I'll ever get the oppurtunity to see it myself. Sleepybear
FUCKK. what an amazing show. The setlist was amazing, could not believe are luck when we had mk, motp and bliss in the first 4 songs Rbs was incredible, its up their with megalomania at rah as my favourite muse moment . control
It was fun, pretty okay show IMO - I'm not looking for Muse to amaze me anymore - it's obvious that isn't going to happen. Still, setlist was above what is standard for Muse nowadays. Got my alien out for Overture but it was upstaged - the silver clam is so silly RBS was beautiful. Sorry for those who went yesterday and were disappointed.

Max
I was offered a ticket last minute and went in the end. I have moaned a lot in the past year about Muse as a live band but tonight was surprisingly great and far better than any other time on this tour. Best Resistance tour gig by a country mile. This was what their sets should be like - pure rock with the odd moment of pop/cheese here and there. I'll post more tomorrow but I'm pretty sure Niall can back me up on this one! spark_
So they follow up one of dullest setlists of the tour with the best? ITSTL.
caville
Best Muse concert I've ever been to.
halo eighteen
It's hard to imagine how a setlist only being different by five songs could be so much better than the one before it. But it really is.

Lih
I hope the setlists stay like that for the next few legs (especially the Australian one!)
Stephanie Kaoss
Wow. The 11th setlist was AWESOME. I am really happy that I went both days to hear IBTY and NSC, but wow...Saturday was immense. I didn't think they'd do MK Ultra seeing as they played it over the pa at the beginning, but yay! I am so overwhelmed by the last two nights. So much win! *squee*
Clunge
Proper setlist was proper . Hope y'all had a good time. It just irks me so much that they don't do this all the time...
Riveon
I hope the setlists stay like that for the next few legs (especially the Australian one!) +1 It is a common tradition for the second night to have the better setlist? I have the first night (booked before the second) at Rod Laver...
Clunge
I think it's only on The Resistance tour that the discrepancy between nights one and two has really become apparant. The two Earls Court shows, by all accounts (I was only at the second), were uniformly awesome, the two Wembley Stadium shows in 2007 were well balanced (I was at the first), etc. Some of the BH&R tour shows got a bit of a bum deal (Wembley Arena, 2nd night) but it's never really been that noticable. On The Resistance tour, however, it has. The first night always seems to get the stodgy cheesefest.
_Ed_
What a crazily awesome setlist - and that's even taking into account the mildly irritating presence of Guiding Light and Feeling Good. Imagine, say, Muscle Museum and Apocalypse Please in place of those two...we can dream.
Aqaulove
Totally agree, I was there last night, can't stand GL and FG is getting too boring now.
Clunge
Also, the last two nights are COMPLETE proof that the 'oh we can't mix up the setlist because of the production' argument is total bullshit.
_Ed_
True, that. Bliss would still be amazing with a Windows 95 screensaver on the big screens.
