Loopmusic
Apologies for those with fingers and toes still crossed for good news, but I thought it might be an idea to set up a thread for those that know they are going to discuss transport/accommodation and other things related to the gig. (This is the first time I've seen Muse in 7 years, am very excited! ) As I mentioned in the previous thread, I am driving from the North-West of the UK, through Birmingham, driving past London to catch the ferry in Dover to Dunkirk, then driving to Paris. I have two spaces in my car for anyone who would like a cheaper travel option (I'm asking £35 per person to cover fuel and the ferry ticket). Meeting in Dover at 9.15am unless I'm picking you up elsewhere, catch 10am ferry, 2 hour ferry crossing, arrive Paris approx 4pm. Return journey is depart Paris 9am, catch the 2pm ferry in Dunkirk, arrive Dover 4pm ish. Anyone interested can PM me (either a pair going together or two single travellers). I'm also looking at various youth hostels and B&Bs in Paris. Anyone know any good (cheap) ones?
LyraSilvertongue
I was going to start a thread. Cannot wait for this. We should have a Muse board meet-up in Paris before the gig.

Loopmusic
Yeah, I thought it would be a good call to have a clear thread for those definitely going to be able to sort out meetups, carpooling etc. Does anyone know any venue details? I've seen pictures but also thought I recalled someone saying the seating can be removed - is it likely to be a standing gig?

Getting a coach from London victoria to Paris for like 55 quid each and staying in a b and b 10 mins drive from the casino fir 25 quid each so excited!!! We won tickets to see muse in their home town... I drove 7 hours to get there. Apparently it will take 8 hours via coach to Paris !! P.s. Does anyone know what times the doors open or if it will be a standing gig?
Olly.
Due to the nature of the show makes sense to have 2 threads for those coming from other countries.

Bloody parents Think our coach leaves at 8 something in the morning from London vic. The eurostar is soo expensive and a ferry is a no no due to the travelling to Paris once u get to France. might take a bit longer but coach is the way to go from England

Loopmusic
It's surely at the venue itself. Wouldn't make much sense for it to be anywhere else

Well, I searched on google for 'Box Office Paris', but indeed, it's outside Paris. And since I'm the only one doubting the location, the wristbands will probably be at the Casino Thanks! J33-3
Hey guys! I've just phoned the venue to know a bit more about what's going on. The gig starts at 8pm, and doors open at 7pm. You can get your tickets during the afternoon/evening - the guy on the phone didn't know, so I guess we'd better go with what the muse.mu email said - at the venue directly, which is at: 16 rue Clichy 75009 Paris They have a place where you can leave your bags and stuff for 2€ per item, in case you can't make it to your hostel before the gig. If anyone needs more info, their phone number is: 0892698926 See you all there!
