While yes the lyrics are still painfully horrible, I feel like overall the song sounds a lot less cheesy live than on record. -His voice sounds a lot less cheesy and "heroic", -The guitar solo sounds a lot less straight-forward and cheesy. -The guitar sounds a lot more present and heavy in the mix overall. -There aren't any annoying multi-layered backing tracks.
