November 2010 Australian Tour Dates.?

Couldn't agree more. I couldn't have asked for better ones... except maybe an intimate one.. Hi-Fi bar?

 

There's NO WAY I'd get tickets to see muse at the hi fi bar

It's quite odd that they instantly have two gigs rumoured for Sydney and Melbourne - the only other place on the entire Resistance Tour so far to have two gigs is the O2 Arena in London, where Muse are HUGE, so of course they'll have two dates anyway (the two BDO's in Sydney don't count).

 

Normally they set one date, and if that sells out fast enough, they generate a second date like what happened with the 2 Wembley dates this year

I think we'd all have tremendous trouble to get tickets to hi fi bar, but that's my dream venue to see Muse. SO CLOSE!

Well at least if those dates are accurate, they'd come here first! Because it'd be silly to go all the way over to Perth and then all the way back again for us.

 

But good point about the two shows. They definitely usually wait until the first show sells strongly before adding another one.

I have no idea if this is true or not. I heard from a friend who knows some people at Lees and West, he said that these were dates for an Australian tour later in the year. Haven't been able to find it anywhere on the web so take it with a grain of salt, but it fits in with what they said earlier in the year and I have checked but none of the venues are holding events on the dates mentioned, if that makes it any more valid?..

 

Brisbane - Brisbane Entertainment Centre - November 20

Sydney - ACER Arena - November 23

Sydney - ACER Arena - November 24

Melbourne - Rod Laver Arena - November 26

Melbourne - Rod Laver Arena - November 27

Adelaide - Adelaide Entertainment Centre - November 30

Perth - Burswood Dome - December 2

 

He didn't mention anything about NZ dates but I would imagine they would be around then sometime as well.

 

As I said, take this with a grain of salt as of course nothing official has been mentioned, but I still thought it was worth posting. Hopefully we will hear something in the coming couple of weeks.

Those dates look pretty likely, another thing they wouldn't announce all the extra shows at once, they'd wait till the first ones sold out. So the tour announcement wouldn't include those extra shows (if there will be extra) but wait till the first ones sold out.
