Pip Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 Too right! I did the same for when I saw muse in Stockholm:D Pip I have bought two tickets with camping, hopefully the other will go to my sister. You should definitely come! It is so cheap and Poland will be awesome to visit regardless of the festival (but the festival does help...) Did you manage to get V Tickets? I am still in the queue. Can't decide between the two! How will you do both?!
SlaveToTheGrave Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 Can't decide between the two! How will you do both?! I won't do both. I really actually wanted to go to Glasto - the V Tickets are really for my Dad. If V was a longer event I would have probably gone there but considering that I have been to V already and the Coke Festival is super cheap and a chance for an actual holiday I am going to go with that. Plus, FINGERS CROSSED it should be quite easy to get to the front...
Kris. Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 If I was living in Latvia and I know there's no chance coming for them in Riga,I'd definitaley would go there,Latvia is not so far from Poland though. Wow,the price is extremely cheap.
Pip Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 Given it a miss and am going to see Kasabian at V instead
hub3r7 Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 For 2 days of Coke Live Music Festival you must pay 46.5 pounds, so it is a good price. Today we just know that in headline is Muse, which is enough for me to buy a ticket but it is really possible, that there will be a lot more great artists and bands. I just regret that Kasabian is already @ Heineken Open'er becouse their last CD is a bomb! But no worries, participation of Muse is like a dream which came truth. This year is special for a polish fans of indie, alternative etc. April - Editors, July - Kasabian, August - Muse and who knows? Maybe some1 more - Placebo would be great choice!
iminvincible Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 lucky lucky Poland. tickets are unnormally cheap comparing with west europe. typical for east countries. so damn close to me. jesus. and i'm not going.
haarpuna Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 I couldn't believe it when I did the money conversion...is this a joke? If not, I'm so in!
cheese on toast Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 Given it a miss and am going to see Kasabian at V instead I'm still kind of torn between the two. I'd love to see Kasabian at V, as it's so close and easy for me to get to/from, but I've always wanted to visit Poland. Aargh
Olly. Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 you still gotta think about how much the flights are gonna be?
cheese on toast Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 you still gotta think about how much the flights are gonna be? This is very true, actually. Not sure if the price of the V ticket would cover both tbh, haven't checked the price of flights.
cheese on toast Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 Idk if I'm looking at the right dates or anything, but the cheapest flight I've found is about £80. Still not bad at all, but would be way more economical to stick with V
Pip Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 It was mainly the price of flights which decided it for me, that and the fact I'm already seeing Muse five times this year alone and have only seen Kasabian three times in total:happy:

NicT Posted March 6, 2010 Author Posted March 6, 2010 I've always wanted to visit Poland. Aargh I am going for the experience really, especially since I have been to V before. This! Though we're going to wait and see what flight prices do between now and then...it's not definite we're going, but I couldn't not buy tickets when I saw how cheap they are!
awni Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 I'm still kind of torn between the two. I'd love to see Kasabian at V, as it's so close and easy for me to get to/from, but I've always wanted to visit Poland. Aargh no problem Kasabian will be playing on Heineken Open'er Festival 3/7/10, so you can go two times to Poland the first to see Kasabian, the ticket is also cheap, and the second to see Muse
leetroot Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 i'm so tempted by this and i really really shouldn't be....

Terrierka Posted March 11, 2010 Posted March 11, 2010 I've just bought my tickets and booked a room near the place. I'm gonna pay less than 10 pounds per person per night! Can't wait the gig:D
leetroot Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 flights are already going up but the hostels are well cheap looking at spending 4/5 days in Krakow now
Soljanka Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 Wooooo, me and 2 friends are also going to be there!!! Tickets were so cheap, we couldn't resist. Seems like we'll be going there by car, flights are too expensive. I've just bought my tickets and booked a room near the place. I'm gonna pay less than 10 pounds per person per night! Terrierka Posted March 22, 2010 Posted March 22, 2010 flights are already going up but the hostels are well cheap looking at spending 4/5 days in Krakow now It is a guest house: http://www.noclegi-bema.pl/ Unfortunately they don't have an English version of the website(and I'm not sure if the owner speaks English) but maybe after writing an email they'll reply. I had to pay a deposit of 100zł (for booking for 5 people for 2 nighs). In case of any problems let me know, I'll help if I can.
