Karina_J90
I think KoC is a great track. And it's one of my favourites of BHaR.
HarmonyLover
KoC is possibly THE defining Muse song without piano. Top 5 Muse songs ever: 1. New Born 2. Butterflies and Hurricanes 3. Knights of Cydonia 4. Citizen Erased 5. Plug in Baby

initialdylan
Not sure if this has been asked before but is it "I'll show you a god who falls asleep on the job" OR "I'll show you how god falls asleep on the job" I went to a lyrics website it said "how" But I've listened to so many versions of KoC and it sounds like "a"

Anxyous
So much better live. Why did they fuck up the album version? They didn't fuck it up... They made an awesome song, and later on, they found a way to make it even better.

Wingardium LevioSIA
My feelings about this song change quite often. Sometimes I think it's overplayed and I can't really be bothered with it, but at other times I think it's great. Overall, I guess it's a bit overrated, but still class. Ella
The Switch and the Spur by The Raconteurs reminds me of KoC. I'm pretty sure I've just lost my mind, but does anyone else see it?
MattC13
It's been my favorite song for years, before I started to listen to Muse heavily. Back in 2008 we were on vacation, coming home through Missouri. My i-Pod died and my sister reluctantly gave me her's. She was listening to it after discovering it through GH3. But that day I probably listened to it like 7 or 8 times. It was raining and driving through the rain made it really perfect. In other words this song is brilliant. AguanteRiver
Whoa, old thread is old. I'm enjoying the reactions to KoC back from the day when I first discovered Muse...(but not this message board, lol). *first line unknown* For the virgin that still breathes I'll show you the *light?* For the sleep on the *job*? Lyric fail? Or is it lyric win? They better release this as a single, if only for video with them as cowboys Close enough? Let's see, we got a Martian Tombstone-lookalike, some dudes on horseback, a chick on a unicorn, lazers, a random robot...oh, and Chris with the Pedro 'stache. I love Knights of Cydonia. The studio version was cool, the video is just insane, and the live version blew my socks off.
