wooga Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 shame bloc party are on hiatus, and doubt will be back for wembley shows.
graciegirl Posted December 4, 2009 Author Posted December 4, 2009 yes i totally agree Big pink were SHIT I thought they were ok; I agree that the strobes and lighting were bloody awful Bloc Party. Bloc Party + Muse + Wembley = Jizz in my pants XD Not sure about the jizz part lol but that's a good suggestion but then..... shame bloc party are on hiatus, and doubt will be back for wembley shows. .....is this true? I really like Bloc Party!
Doog Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 think I heard somewhere that the drummer had left the band permanently. might've imagined it though
MuseRLegend Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 i hate to say it... but i dont actually care that much. as long as i get to see muse once more before i die im satisfied (though i would quite happily see them live for eternity)
Robbers27 Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 Wow! I'm liking this! I'm thinking (nearly mental out the face on alkihol at the time)....... 30 Seconds to Mars Florence and The Machine Manics The Whip
graciegirl Posted December 6, 2009 Author Posted December 6, 2009 Ugh; far too much love for Florence in the poll People mentioning Stereophonics; I'd quite like to see them. Would anyone like to see an act similar to Rodrigo Y Gabriela? I thought they were fantastic at Wembley in 07
Ragga Posted December 6, 2009 Posted December 6, 2009 Would anyone like to see an act similar to Rodrigo Y Gabriela? I thought they were fantastic at Wembley in 07 Yes! I would love City and Colour but it will never happen

sparkle19 Posted December 6, 2009 Posted December 6, 2009 Well Matt said he was picking the support acts for this summer, so it'l be someone undoubtedly crap I hope Chris and Dom have some input to.
Astronoma Posted December 6, 2009 Posted December 6, 2009 I can haz Hoosiers? I'd rather be dragged naked through snow rather than witness that.
Colamania Posted December 12, 2009 Posted December 12, 2009 I 'd like BBC (Bombay Bicycle Club) or The Astonishing Oh God, please no. BBC were the support at an Editors show I went to in September, and they were horrible. If I had to stand there and listen to that shite AGAIN... I think I'd actually rather have Dizzee Rascal than them. I'm not even joking.
Lizzie_loves_Muse Posted December 12, 2009 Posted December 12, 2009 I'd like Biffy Clyro... MON THE BIFF!!! <33 Or the Editors... MATT YOU BETTER CHOOSE A GOOD ONE DAMNIT!
Guest Smit Posted December 12, 2009 Posted December 12, 2009 I would have said the editors but there new album is shit....

And it's a bloody epic album. Get the 2 Disc edition, there's some cracking songs on Cuttings II. Just saying and they're always a great live band. Never disappionted after leaving an Editors gig. I'd personally pull for them as Wembley support next year, alongside either Biffy Clyro or Florence. EDIT: Just had an obvious thought. Has anyone suggested White Lies yet? Amazing band, excellent live, alredy have Wembley experience supporting Coldplay, well known enough to be up alongside Editors or Biff and talented enough to hold their own. I think I'm onto a winner here.

In any case, in a support slot they'd play 10-12 songs, and probably their big singles so there would be lots of old stuff. Friendly Fires please!
