~Tom
Bit of a joke the way people are so uppity about not sharing the specs/sizes, hardly think Mansons are going to lose sleep over it tbh...
Simno
Bit of a joke the way people are so uppity about not sharing the specs/sizes, hardly think Mansons are going to lose sleep over it tbh... ~Tom
I hardly think giving the specs to one of their many, many custom guitars, amongst other products constitutes as 'disrespect' for the company.
cheddatom
It does if they own the design and they asked you not to share the specs.
~Tom
So everyone who makes one is 'disrespecting' their business? On the contrary, I'd say.
cheddatom
If I design object A and someone wants to copy it, fine. If they manage to find out the exact dimensions of my object, but I want to retain exclusive ownership of the design, I ask them not to share said dimensions. If they go ahead and share them, they have been disrespectful. You know, like if your mum asked you to wash the dishes, and then you didn't, it would be disrespectful. james90
tbh i don't see much of a problem if you're building one for yourself, but if you're going to be selling them off, then that's different.
~Tom
...however giving the dimensions is not selling it on?

Liam511
...however giving the dimensions is not selling it on? This ^ Isnt it ever so slightly disrespectful to Mansons if your making replica's of their guitars and selling them on? If you dont find it disrespectful to make one i the first place then I personally dont see the problem with giving someone the dimesions. My opinion though
Olly.
How is it disresepectful to make one for yourself?
