U-Mos
Second listen... I'm thinking self-producing this album was a HUGE mistake. They were not up to laying down such a subtle and potentially beautiful song in the studio on their own. And the bridge is rivalling "sia!" for the worst thing in a Muse song ever, which is even more painful considering the awesome keytar bit they did live. U-Mos
Haters always gotta justify their opinions objectively [/ghetto geek] My previous posts in this thread have gone into more detail. In short, woahs+2nd verse drums+horrid bridge+lack of proper building throughout the song=fail recording.
Creeper McSexyPants
Well obviously most of you have found out you can listen to it straight from muse.mu So my opinion? FUCKING LOVE IT

In short, woahs+2nd verse drums+horrid bridge+lack of proper building throughout the song=fail recording. This is exactly my point. Everyone tries to use meaningless 'facts' to objectify their opinions, when they are just opinions. The truth is, no one gives a shit about your opinion; in fact no one gives a shit about anyone's opinion except their own. So its best to just say I hate it, I love it, or whatever, instead of wasting your time trying to prove a point.

[For the record, I never said my reasons were "facts", they're just why I personally dislike the recording.]
Maus
After my first whole hearing of the song: I still don't like it... It's not as bad as I thought it would be. But I think it would take me a long time before I can accept UD.

You Look So Fine
Jeezus I luvs it ! Totally different from anything they have done, a bit like Justin Timberland/Depeche Mode, sticks in the head. You're the first person I've noticed that has made a Justin Timberlake comparison without it being negative. Amusing.
moodicow
Can't deny that the start and the groove sounds like Timberlake.
Tunavi
i really like it. but when i first heard it was slap bass and no guitar or piano, i was really nervous. I pictured this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GzsWuqNlLK4

deano6410
here is my journey with this song (and I am guessing others may go down the same path) Disliked it, meh, average, damn chorus is stuck in my head, oohh, kinda groovy, very different, grrove-tastsic, like it a lot. In other words, got better and better after each listen. Now I see it as a beautiful song. Probably not going to be one of the best songs on the album for most people, myself included, but certainly worth listening to over a few days before making a concrete judgement... She's a grower. Obi
I thought I'd despise this but it's incredibly catchy. I like it, really good pop single (potentially).

Levus
It's incredibly different to what Muse have done. It's only because of the Pizz Strings. If they replaced that for something like guitar it would sound more generic for a Muse song. Though I actually like the pizz strings. It's a good song, I like it. Though, as much as I like it, PLEASE MUSE, don't make another song like it!

jbyun04
honestly.. would muse ever put something out that disappoints us? They just can't make music that I don't like. I'm even starting to like Guiding Light from what I've heard on Zane Lowe.
