This is not well sourced but one of my friends just heard this friday on Reactor 105.7 in Mexico City that the local Warner manager sent an email to one of the dj's, Rulo. He read it live and basically explains to him that USoE isn't the first single and that Uprising will be it and it's release on radio (i suppouse) it's going to be this August 3rd.
