mortallatrom Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 Post your fav here and why its special to you.
el_oscuro Posted September 13, 2009 Posted September 13, 2009 My fave Muse song tends to vary, but I always seem to gravitate back towards Hoodoo, mostly because of that really resonant, moving and creepy line: "I've had recurring nightmares- that I was loved for who i am, and missed the opportunity... To be a better man..." Just beautifully painful. ^_^
uprising34 Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 i like MK Ultra, just because it has a great beat
Jupiter_Moonchild Posted November 9, 2009 Posted November 9, 2009 Eternally Missed, and HOST. Just for the lyrics.
Midgething Posted November 23, 2009 Posted November 23, 2009 It depends on my mood, but Dead Star is up around the top, along with Hate this &...
Grace_Bliss Posted December 9, 2009 Posted December 9, 2009 Undisclosed Desires! Its just so personal, and i no it sounds cheesy but i practically melt when it gets to the chorus... plus i'm obsessed with the harmonies on the last chorus... if u get what i mean... sort of;)
jav Posted December 10, 2009 Posted December 10, 2009 of course... asassain, this song have , i don't know, anything special.....
Grace_Bliss Posted December 14, 2009 Posted December 14, 2009 I know i said Undisclosed Desires, but it's either that or Sunburn. I can't choose! I love Sunburn because it can be interpreted in so many different ways, and i love playing the piano part. Any1 seen the video? Its pretty creepy...
jav Posted December 15, 2009 Posted December 15, 2009 i think that no.... but you can publish the next time in the post....well, speaking abaut asassain, tray one thing, when you camefron the job, university... go automactly to your bed and lie down, after extend your arms and put the song.... belive me in this moment you feel euphoria, freedom....it's amazing...
Me Rug I Sty Posted December 22, 2009 Posted December 22, 2009 For me it's Butterflies and Hurricanes.... funnily enough i used to hate it I think my taste has matured a little. I think it's such a powerful song, It could have been better on the album version, but i think it's "lack or perfectness"(for want of a better phrase) is what makes it so amazing... It's like "do you get the best groomed puppy, or do you get the slightly rougher one with a personality?". Bad analogy, i know, but you get my point right? I used to dislike the piano solo as well untill i saw it on HAARP and my mind was absolutely blown! That IS talent!
Fracturedman Posted January 22, 2010 Posted January 22, 2010 That question is getting harder and harder to answer as I dive head first into the greatness that is muse. They are such a complex band. But, Feeling Good has nailed it square on the head for my overall state of mind. I have been making some complex changes in my life as of late, it hasnt been easy but it does feel good. I am seeing everything with fresh eyes. I am no longer bound by my past, I am now only looking at the current moment and a bit on the future. After all what fun is a life that is all planned out? But I could easily say, even though I am a new muser that their music could be the soundtrack to my life.
superimposition Posted January 22, 2010 Posted January 22, 2010 Depends on mood. Space Dementia, Exogenesis, Citizen Erased, KoC, Stockholm Syndrome are my faves.
^assassin^ Posted January 25, 2010 Posted January 25, 2010 I love ever single one of them. Today my fav Muse song is Hoodoo. It really gets to me. The flow of the music is beautiful. I love "...don't be afraid..." then the music sounds all ariee and spooky and sort of comforting. lovely piece of art.
NextDominicHoward Posted February 20, 2010 Posted February 20, 2010 me? i juz loves TIME IS RUNNING OUT....dunno why..but i likes drum arrangement in it and also in STARLIGHT...
Rose Andrews Posted February 26, 2010 Posted February 26, 2010 mmm, I guess that my favourite songs are Time Is Running Out, Exo-Politics, Hyteria, Stockholme Syndrome, Map of the Problematique...
