dagreatone123190 Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 Forgive me if this is a noob question, but is Stubhub.com a safe website to use? I wanted to do GA with my brother since I will only be going to one more concert this year. But I was an idiot and didn't ask until just a few weeks ago Stubhub is completely legitmate, and you shouldn't be worried about the. The worst that can happen (extremely rare) is the seller pulls out in which case you get a full refund AND some percentage off your next purchase

The worst that can happen (extremely rare) is the seller pulls out in which case you get a full refund AND some percentage off your next purchase Thanks! I also just discovered TicketLiquidator.com. They seem to have better/more reviews. And seem to be more well known. So I might end up getting from them. Anybody have experience with them before?
Boz Posted July 29, 2010 Posted July 29, 2010 I know this is a bit late but i thought i would post it on here as it is relevant: Last year i missed out on the pre sale and general sale tickets for the birmingham nia gig of the resistance tour. I went through ebay and seatwave and viagogo but i wasn't going to pay the £80+ for a ticket. On the Saturday night before the gig, (which was on the Tuesday) i checked gigs and tours and incredibly there were 2 tickets available. I quickly snapped them up and on the tuesday i collected the tickets from the venue and rocked out! What i am saying is don't give up hope if you miss out on the origonal sale and keep checking the official websites for returns Happy musing
10musia00 Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 I read with full horror here, some messages now and I have really fear. Because I search two tickets for the 11th September at Wembley Stadium and I am looking first at ebay. Now I have contact with a number of vendors and I'm completely insecure. So I have no idea whether there are the serious seller. Some will get the tickets only from the promoter. My problem is that I'm from Germany and would transfer the money for the tickets before we flying to England. And I'm afraid that we will get in Endland not real tickets?Maybe nothing. Does anyone have tips?

Does anyone have tips? I've used ebay and bought a muse ticket for my mate for the O2 gig - since I needed 7 and the maximum I could get from the promoter was 6. I received it and my friend managed to go to the wonderful show! So there are genuine sellers out there, but you just have to be careful. I would suggest you ask the seller regarding the confirmation email, but most importantly look at what their feedback says. Has the seller sold Muse tickets before - what was the feedback? etc.
kendra Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 If a concert isn't for two months and someone says they have tickets in hand/are ready to ship, does that sound suspicious?
Elena4611 Posted August 3, 2010 Posted August 3, 2010 Hi guys! I bought a ticket in november (for the 10th semptember concert) on Ticketline. I originally booked for the international delivery, but then I've decided to collect the ticket directly at the venue the day of the concert, because a friend of mine told me that I won't get the ticket in time. (i live in italy) The problem is: I've booked the ticket with my mum's card, and she won't be with me in London. I've read on ticketline.co.uk that they only give the ticket to the cardholder. What should I do now?? I can bring with me my mum's card and also her ID, but I'm not sure that they'll give me my ticket Anyone has experienced something like that? I'm sooooo worried about that

I'm sooooo worried about that I'm sure you will be find as long as you have your mum's card and her ID. You could always try ringing ticketline to check but I can't see that there will be a problem.
Mozza Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 Ring ticketline, explain the situation. You may need to take a note from the cardholder giving you authorisation to pick up the tickets, or they might give you something to allow you to pick them up. But yeah most likely cardholders ID and card used to book the tickets will be ok.
mercury Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 Hi there, Massive fan, just been given 2 Wembley Tickets for Block 102. Says Club Wembley on ticket, what does that mean exactly? Thanks a lot.
Pip Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 Hi there, Massive fan, just been given 2 Wembley Tickets for Block 102. Says Club Wembley on ticket, what does that mean exactly? Thanks a lot. Club Wembley info HERE. I think Club Wembley members are given a ticket for all major events at the stadium and if they don't wish to attend are permitted to give/sell the ticket to a third party. I think that's how it works anyway! So you've basically got seats belonging to a Club Wembley member.
Pip Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 Actually I'm not so sure now! I thought Club Wembley seats were all on level 2 but if you've got block 102 that's on level 1 so....pass!
Mozza Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 Actually I'm not so sure now! I thought Club Wembley seats were all on level 2 but if you've got block 102 that's on level 1 so....pass! Level 2 are the comfy padded seats with their own cafe/bar I think the Level 1 club wembley are supposed to be the ones with the 'best views'
Pip Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 Level 2 are the comfy padded seats with their own cafe/bar I think the Level 1 club wembley are supposed to be the ones with the 'best views' Ah ok:)
005 Posted August 20, 2010 Author Posted August 20, 2010 Could someone please post a picture of the tickets of the UK gigs please & I can then tell you where the touts will try to sell fakes one by replication. It's usually the hologram people though ok, so be careful!!! Â Then refer to the 1st page, many fakes will come into circulation now
amandajaneberry Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Do not by tickets from ticketlister - they ripped me off on the price and i never got any tickets - turned up to the gig and no tickets waiting beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
005 Posted August 23, 2010 Author Posted August 23, 2010 From what I've seen the tickets for London have a hologram of the Wembley Stadium, so this is where a fake would come stuck, the rest of the ticket could be easily duplicated. So watch out!!!
JOYCE84 Posted August 28, 2010 Posted August 28, 2010 Wanted : 2 tickets for Muse sept. 11th.standing general admission Please contact me. Thank you :-)
NeonTigerrr Posted September 8, 2010 Posted September 8, 2010 Are people suspicious of purchasing concert tickets in emailed form? I've just made a post on MuseBay and noticed that no sales deal with emailed tickets!
BLlSS Posted September 27, 2010 Posted September 27, 2010 I bought tickets for Wembley Stadium from Seatwave. We're well expensive, but as I couldnt buy the things on the date of original sales, I had to buy at a higher price. Everything worked out fine and there were no problems. You can be a genuine Muse fan and still buy from touts. Not everyone can go on Ticketmaster at 9am on a normal working day.
Xaverri Posted March 3, 2011 Posted March 3, 2011 Hello, Speculations have been rising on the Russian gigs. According to this site: (Google translated site) http://translate.google.com/translate?js=n&prev=_t&hl=nl&ie=UTF-8&layout=2&eotf=1&sl=ru&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.muzbilet.ru%2Fconcert.php%3Fitem%3D17-3586&act=url The gigs will be on Friday (St. Petersburg) and Sunday (Moscow). Also, according to this site, tickets UNTIL 20th of March will only be available through this ticketsite. I really, really don't want to miss out on this St. Petersburg gig. On one side I've had a Russian girl confirm that the site says tickets will only be sold there at the start, and on the other side I can hardly trust an unconfirmed gig. Ticketsales are supposed to go live from tomorrow, and I am honestly stressed out on what to do. Please advice. And if anyone from Muse management is reading this, if you can't confirm any gigs right now, for whatever reason, could you at least confirm that this site is faulty? Loads of your (Russian) fans will be potentially scammed and I am sure you will not want this! Thanks in advance for your reply.
L. Posted March 3, 2011 Posted March 3, 2011 All tickets and gigs are confirmed on here and the muse.mu website with link to official ticket selling sites prior to the sale. So if it hasn't been announced on here first, don't trust them. Looks like a scam to me.

The gigs WILL be announced on this site well BEFORE any tickets go on sale. So just wait for the official confirmation before you think about buying tickets and you'll be fine.
Xaverri Posted March 3, 2011 Posted March 3, 2011 http://muse.mu/news/article/746/muse-to-play-in-russia-and-ukraine/ Thank Darwin, someone seems to be listening!! I'd like to think that was my post that was the initiative! Thank you loads for the replies, thankfully it's not needed any more <3
