Bordeaux 16 july 2018 beware of scams by ticketmaster

I'm not sure in which section i should post this but i purchased tickets today thanks to this site.

I bought 2 adjacent golden square tickets well they were adjacent when i hit validate so i paid and when checking my tickets after having paid they were on 2 different blocks!!!

I tried to reach ticketmaster but nobody answered me even on the phone!

I was supposed to go to this gig with my husband!

I'm extremely disappointed and i feel like i was being fooled by ticketmaster
