It does say "presale codes will be delivered to lottery winners via text message Throughout Wednesday." so we may still receive codes. Also, check your email including junk folder. It's completely random, and you can get one at any time, according to the support people. (Who also told my friend she could get a code after the tickets sell out...) Can't speak for the other stops, but in NY State there's a law that you can't have paperless and that tickets need to be able to be re-sold/transferrred..
