Both songs have a cool bass line yes, but apart from that I'm not getting the similarity. Ones got a shite rap (yuk), the other's got Matt's awesome grungy rockabilly vocal. I'd still err on the side of caution, since you're still accessing content which is not available in Germany due to copyright reasons, and doing anything like that in Germany is a very very bad idea. The sparkly production kind of loses the appeal that bands like The Cramps have, but a something clearly thrown together for the fun if it I think it's a good cover.
