Same thing happened to my tickets and my girlfriends. No tickets showed up despite everyone else getting them in November. The website has also just been saying "Your tickets are being processed." Called ticketmaster and they were apparently posted out months ago. Now they have to be sent to the box office and we collect them on the day. CALL TICKETMASTER ASAP.
