Ok, tomorrow is my 2nd and last visit after Cologne. Not sure how I feel about it, I just hope the crowd won't be as lazy as 3 weeks ago.

 

Oh and please, I want to see Citizen live for the first fucking time. Somehow I always managed to visit the gigs with extra dull setlists.

 

Posted this one day ahead of the gig.

 

1) They played Citizen

2) The setlist was batshit insane

I actually had to take a break for a couple minutes when Stockholm kicked in. I do not remember the last time that was the case for me.

Going to O2 on the 3rd. Are there any spots along the stage that's favoured or better than others? Do Matt do barrier walks this tour around as well?

I just saw the setlist, I'm over the setlist jealousy but Dance of the Knights into Drones in addition a bunch of the usual playback? I caught that a bit late but it seems really excessive.

 

Also grifsgames on setlist.fm can go fuck himself removing the setlists with the New One (Rich Costey Edit) xD so randum reddit humor edits.

where are you planning on standing, don't wanna watch too many YT videos to spoil it all, so any suggestions on where to stand near the front to get best Matt action and still see visuals, etc ?

It seems to me they rather use it with lights still on to warn all the attendants that the show is about to begin. So, I don't really mind it.

EDIT: Oh, and to let the... robocops, Halo-like guards, whatever-they-are in.

I find it pretty sad that MUSE barely even listens to their fans anymore , even though they are definitely some of the most dedicated ones for any band.

 

They should really do what Coldplay is doing with their live shows , in which they go onto social media and ask people too request certain songs.

I think those guards only exist so the band can get under the stage without everyone seeing them.

The Resistance tour would be more fondly remembered by the fans if it weren't for the stage being so damn high.

I've always said the TR Tour stages looked great from a distance or on video but, in person, they were pretty impractical imo (poor visibility, restricted band-movement, having to crane your neck etc).

 

Apart from the OOS stage, that was fucking brill.

I got to that gig a little late, in GA, and I couldn't see a fucking thing.

TaB was still awesome, as was Exo opening.

 

FG and GL as my two rotated songs was a bit crappy.
