People pay hundreds of dollars to see Muse play music. How much will they pay to see them play soccer?

We won't get to find out because while the band will play a match against Irish club Cabinteely, admission will be free. All you have to do to see them is be one of the 1,620 people that can fit into the club's Stradbrook Road stadium on April 4. That is when a Cabinteely XI will take on Muse and the band's crew in a friendly.

The Cabinteely XI will include the club's current manager Eddie Gormley and Alfie Wolstenholme, Muse bassist Chris Wolstenholme's son who played at the club before.

Matt Bellamy, Chris Wolstenholme and Dominic Howard will all suit up in the match, making it the entire Muse band. It's not a total surprise seeing as they have all made their love of the sport clear and even been caught playing it before.

This isn't the first time they've played Cabinteely either. They squared off back in 2012. Hopefully there are more cameras to capture it this time around.
