forevermusic
After thinking it over, I have changed my preferred Absolution tracklist and have gone for: 1. Intro-Apocalypse Please 2. Time is Running Out 3. Sing for Absolution 4. Dead Star 5. Stockholm Syndrome 6. Falling Away With You 7. Hysteria 8. Eternally Missed 9. Blackout 10. Butterflies and Hurricanes 11. Fury 12. Endlessly 13. The Small Print 14. Ruled by Secrecy I like ToDA, but I think it's better off as a B-Side or on an extended BHaR.

PocketRockets
I like ya'll thinking you know how to put the albums together better then Muse.... I wouldn't say we 'know better', it's just personal preference.
Max
I wouldn't say we 'know better', it's just personal preference. Yeah but 90% of the people in the Muse area have never heard of that term, so they're resigned to having their opinion stand as the law (according to them). Henz
Glorious could fit between MotP and SP. Fury could fit between B+H and TSP. I like Assassin GOB, but I don't agree it's better for BH&R than the shorter version. For better or worse, I think the short Assassin does its job perfectly where it is on the album. forevermusic
Ok, BHaR edited 1. Map of the Problematique 2. Starlight 3. Supermassive Black Hole 4. Crying Shame 5. Glorious 6. Invincible 7. Assassin 8. Exo-Politics 9. City of Delusion 10. Hoodoo 11. Take a Bow 12. Knights of Cydonia
Horizon
I wouldn't change a lot to be honest. I would drop The Small Print, Endlessly and Thoughts of a Dying athiest from Absolution and replace them with The Groove and Fury. I'd then swap Soldier's Poem for Endlessly on Black Holes & Revelations. As for Origin, I think it's perfect. Wouldn't touch it at all. Go and listen to The Small Print again. I can't believe you just said that x
Horizon
Personally, I would replace Megalomania and Screenager with In Your World and Yes Please. This would transform Origin of Symmetry into my favourite album ever. Right now it's just behind ABBA Gold x
Idiot Drugs
If I had to Change anything it would be BHaR 1)Take A Bow 2)Glorious (Flows well between TAB and Starlight) 3)Starlight 4)Supermassive Black Hole 5)MOTP 6)Easily 7)Invincible 8)Assassin (GOB) 9)Exo-Politics 10)City of Delusion 11)Hoodoo 12)Knights of Cydonia

yoman297
Since Muse are IMO horrible at ordering songs on the albums, re-order one of the Muse albums. I'll pick Absolution. You can add B-sides if you want to, but don't abuse it, keep some album songs on. (ie filling Showbiz with Bsides). 1. Stockholm Syndrome 2. TIRO 3. Fury (Some kind of transition between TIRO and Fury) 4. The Groove (another transition) 5. Intro/Apocalypse Please 6. Butterflies and Hurricanes 7. The Small Print 8. SFA 9. Blackout 10. Endlessly 11. Eternally Missed (more intense recording) 12. Falling Away With You 13. Interlude 14. Hysteria (the hit that is played live at the beginning) 15. Ruled By Secrecy (sort of like an encore, comes in a few seconds [10-15] after the end of Hysteria)

Jobby
The Groove > Intro = Mind you, mine's probably got quite a few flaws too...but here goes: Origin of Symmetry: New Born Bliss In Your World Hyper Music Plug in Baby Dead Star Citizen Erased Micro Cuts Can't Take My Eyes Off You Space Dementia Dark Shines Megalomania OoS isn't far from perfection as it is but I had to choose my favourite album so (prepares for the "what a shit idea" brigade)
FabriPav
Abso is my favourite album, but I'd still change something: 1. Intro + AP (should be together) 2. Time is Running Out 3. Stockholm Syndrome 4. Sing For Absolution 5. Falling Away With You 6. Blackout 7. Interlude (maybe a little shorter) + Hysteria (unique track again) 8. Fury 9. Butterflies and Hurricanes 10. The Small Print 11. Eternally Missed (without the first 7 seconds) 12. Endlessly 13. Ruled By Secrecy
WutDaFucksy
1. Intro + Apocalypse Please 2. Butterflies & Hurricanes 3. The Small Print 4. Stockholm Syndrome 5. Sing For Absolution 6. Endlessly 7. Blackout 8. Fury 9. Time is Running Out 10. Interlude + Hysteria 11. Ruled By Secrecy I'd drop Falling Away With You and Thoughts of a Dying Atheist to b-sides/bonus tracks and just have Fury instead.
yoman297
Indeed they are, but somehow you managed to do an even worse job. Yeah I know... some songs just don't flow at all. I just had to put some of the other songs somewhere... I was trying to think outside the box. EDIT: Any suggestions to improve?
Jobby
I just had to put some of the other songs somewhere... Considering you said Muse do a terrible job at ordering their albums, you appear to use the same method as them

Intro Apocalypse Please Time Is Running Out Stockholm Syndrome The Small Print Butterflies & Hurricanes Blackout Falling Away With You Interlude Hysteria Fury Sing For Absolution Ruled By Secrecy Something like that maybe. Haven't listened to it, so not sure how well it works.

Jobby
Citizen Erased (Synth leading into MC is gone) Screenager (Piano) I like this but not so much the whole Dark Shines > Nature_1 > Megalomania bit I think it might be interesting to see the album mixed around to make Citizen Erased the last song...or am I being stupid? Ya I was working with this and I really like the idea of moving Nature_1 to the album and to not make it too guitar based moving screenager to piano but I wasn't sure if I wanted Screenager -- Nature_1 or Screenager --- Dark Shines. But I do agree Megalomania only works as a closer where SD works as an intro to Heavier things and CE kicks in a softer piano section.
