Congrats!

How did you manage?

I'm still trying my presale chance at Ticketmaster.NL - "Sorry, no matches were found"

Just got lucky I guess, at 9:00 refreshed the ticketmaster page and managed to get three standing tickets.

With the captcha it was sheer luck also. Those things are unreadable.

Totally agree with the annoynig captchas! Had a couple of those I accidentally entered correctly...

No standing places for me unfortunately, but in the end I did manage to get 3 seats next to each other! :-D (and on top of it in one of the same boxes as they say people who buy the VIP tickets will be in aswell)

Can't wait!

Great,

wonder how many times did you re-entered that ugly captcha at ticketmaster.nl

Oh bloody hell I hated that captcha. Couldnt get standing but seated kept putting me well inside a row which I dont lije so I clicked on 'find another seat' loads of times which meant more Captcha's(and a few not tickets available) but got a seat next to one at the end of a row in block 102. Few!

Today is the public sale, will start in 10 min.

Ticketmaster.NL - "As so many people are trying to book tickets, we've started a queue. As soon as a space opens up, you'll be able to access the event you're looking for. Please don't refresh this page since it might affect your place in the queue."

Just add that crazy captcha to the purchase process :facepalm:

I think the presale tickets were sold out around 9:02am last friday.

Wow, I consider myself lucky! I was at an airport in Spain at the time and tried to log in on my phone, on airport wi-fi... Didn't think it would work, but within a few minutes I got the ticket!! Could only get 1 ticket though... was it the last one...? :D

After just 5 min after official public sale for March 09 (10 am local) the Ticketmaster.NL page appeared (see the attached file) with

"Sorry! The event is no longer on sale.

Other tickets are available for this event:Select another date

Get your tickets at Seatwave, our Resale Marketplace"

And that "Seatwave, our Resale Marketplace" (a Ticketmaster company) offers standing tickets (Vloer Staanplaatsen) from 133.00 EUR, though the price at the presale was around 62 EUR.

Just check this - http://www.seatwave.nl/muse-tickets/ziggo-dome-tickets/woensdag-9-maart-2016/perf/1010063?affid=0764&appid=20125856 :

Vak : VLOER STAANPLAATSEN

Tickets : 106

Price range : €134 - €349 *

* ticket prices set by individual sellers

So here's the thing: my sister got 4 standing tickets for the 10th, but instead of feeling elated and relieved that we got the tickets, I feel cheated and disappointed.

1. The presale feels like a joke. How is it a presale for Muse.mu members sells out within 2 minutes? Were there not enough tickets? Were there so many tickets already snatched by other ticket companies? Also, knowing that all Muse.mu members can queue for all presales is a bit strange to me. It makes more sense to keep it local. And I'm not just saying this because I didn't get the tickets ;)

2. Ticketmaster.nl feels like a bigger joke than the presale. The same feeling came over me when we bought Pinkpop tickets: sale starts at 10.00 am, but if you're already there at 9.30 you get put in a queue, and basically at 9.31 you're already too late.

Why not start the queue from 10.00 and make it fair?

Now, we had 4 people operating 7 devices to get the tickets. One of us got through at around 10.05, and most tickets were already gone. We could only get single standing or two seated, and we needed 4. By the time we decided we would get single standing tickets, those too were already sold out, and we were redirected to "Seatwave" - an online marketplace for concert tickets, brought to you by Ticketmaster. Tickets were being sold for at least twice the face value. This bothers me, because Ticketmaster is, as are Muse, always hammering on that you shouldn't buy tickets from unofficial sellers, because then the prices get flipped and you pay a shitload and the artist still makes the same. WTF is Seatwave doing??? Even their service costs can go up to and even over 100 euros, and you PAY 4 EUROS TO PRINT YOUR E-TICKETS.

As my sister said: "I can make 230 euros a piece off these tickets, I'm not sure I still want to go."

3. My brother-in-law suddenly noticed that a second concert was added on the 10th of March. My sister managed to get in line for that and got 4 standing tickets almost immediately. It took my 2 devices at least 5 more minutes before the 10th even became visible on the Ticketmaster frontpage, and by then everything was already sold out again, which makes sense.

Anyway, /my rant. I still feel more cheated than happy about the 4 tickets, but at least we got them. The whole Ticketmaster debacle did reconfirm for me that I will never buy flipped tickets, because you're just getting scammed by the people who robbed you of your tickets in the first place.

Peace.

So me and my friends got tickets, sadly 4 of us have tickets for the 9th of march and 4 of us for the 10th. Is there anyone here that is willing to swap 4 tickets so we can all go together?

Edit: We have standing tickets and we would like to swap them for standing tickets as well.

We got tickets, I'm so relieved, I fucking hate the Ticketmaster system, they should really reconsider it. It's one of the most unfair systems existing. Almost by accident I got the tickets for the 10th, but it was on a device that I refreshed by accident and my other two devices were still in the waiting list, so is it really a waiting list, or will they just let random people in? Where is the time that you could just get your tickets at the post office and if you were there at 7 am, you were pretty sure you got your tickets.

But.. Thank god, I got mine!
