You wouldn't have heard of my influences anyway:phu:

seriously though...i dont know. off the top of my head i guess chris cheney, malcolm young, brian setzer, scotty moore, danny gatton. stuff like that. really getting into some players like james muller and pat metheny now.

that could just as easily be a list of players i like. my "influences" change depending on my mood.

The guitar work is just so inventive and not your typical powerchord/riff+noodle solo shit... If you're of a similar mind you should definitely check out Clor - split after one album but it's the perfect piece of guitar-based electro pop!

Yeah, I mean the start of a song like There's No Other Way is so fucking good. The only problem I currently have with Blur is that I have their albums saved onto my Xbox 360 and used to play Battlefield 2: Modern Combat constantly with it on, so all I can think of when I listen to them is playing that game:LOL:

Dunno what my favourite Blur song would be, Good Song, Coffee and TV, This is a Low, Best Days, argh there's too many to choose from.

I'll have a look into that band:)

Hot Chip are great!

I cite them as a guitar influence because they slot guitar into a dance format without it becoming gay like pendulum

Haha they're full on gay! So repetitive and predictable! Can't stand more then 10 seconds of them tbh.

Every single Pendulum song off their new album is exactly the same. It's shite. Dunno bout their old stuff cause I've only heard 2 songs but they sounded real similar.
