Well, the band seemed pretty impressed with the whole Manchester crowd back in March this year.

New York had a hell of a crowd too. Dom mentioned that the stage was shaking.

Thats because its the same three rows of crazies that fly to every gig.

Don't think they managed to break into the Big Weekend though. Must have made a nice change to see news faces on the front row.

Good point! We all love a change of scenery!

Opening with Reapers was great, and it sounded huge! :awesome:

Just a shame about no The Handler, btw is there anyone who by any chance recorded Tom on Periscope?

Not all doom and gloom for me after that gig. Reapers was amazing in every way, I thought Mercy came off surprisingly well and Knights' new outro (I Want to Break Free?) sounded really good again. But yeah, gig went downhill after Mercy.

Also, they should rotate TiRO and Hysteria (but they never will).

Don't think so, it was over really quickly and the stream was pretty jumpy after the first 10 seconds or so. Plus, not that many people were awake at the time.

They should just drop TIRO.

(and maybe hysteria)

Yup! :D Chris even mentioned to his friend that NY was the best crowd they've ever had in the U.S.! (And that they were afraid the stage would collapse  ) (His friend/tattoo artist is also my friend's tattoo artist, and he passed this on to her)

Anyway, I missed the stream tonight but it sounds like it's getting some mixed reviews around here? I'll just say that I'm glad to see Bliss becoming a setlist regular! Love that song

No, and we probably won't get any proshots :(

That's bad. I'll have to wait for Jools, then. I hope the next song is Reapers instead of DI.
