cotis
Could anyone tell if it was all general admission? Webster Hall is always general admission.

dawno
I really think the only shot I have at getting in to this will be if SiriusXm runs a contest. But teh demand for that will be ridiculously high, so I guess I'll be sitting home that night, hoping that they broadcast the show on Alt-Nation. sportsfrk214
That was a disaster. Why can't a major band like Muse have a website to sell tickets that actually works? A server that can't handle the load and codes that don't work. Incredibly disappointing.

zaltakid2000
that blows. been seeing this band since 2006, was excited at the prospect of seeing them at a small venue playing the songs i like best (if the setlists from the EU/UK dates are any indication of what they'll play) and my code didn't work! i had my brother's code, as well, and that didn't work, either. Alexander DeLarge
no one has confirmed a purchase so at least it's not just some people's codes
thezippy
Same here... hung or got server errors and now getting errors saying INVALID CODE. REALLY blows. Didn't have high hopes, but really expect better. This is just pathetic from Ticketweb... and our favorite band, by proxy...
petrocs
Selling out is one thing...codes not working is another...if I miss out getting a fair chance I can deal with it but not having the proper tools in place to assist me to try isn't acceptable..they need to answer us on this topic
Destephticon
I was on the site at exactly 9am and keep getting invalid code. Muse is the only band that I've ever dealt with that have horrible pre sales. Why give everyone a unique code if most of them aren't working? sportsfrk214
I guess there's some comfort in the fact that we have no confirmed purchases yet.
Victoroy
This would have been a nice birthday present to myself, but the code was invalid I wonder if the Muse people or Ticketweb people will find a way to fix this. It sounds like nobody has gotten tickets yet. Do you think they even know about the invalid code?
M[US]E
I think my code works (what do I know), just getting the "One or more tickets.." response. Just waiting for that stupid box to magically appear.

alclut
I've gotten tickets to see The Killers before by just trying over and over and eventually it worked, after a few hours. People's credit cards get rejected, etc. and there are new opportunities. Just hopin'.

Alexander DeLarge
Just in case anyone from the agency is reading, I understand bullshit happens when doing tickets to pretty much every show but not on this level. This is a massive fuck up. Getting Glasto tickets blindfolded with the captcha is easier than this.

There isn't any excuse for this from any ticket broker, especially for a pre-sale. It's not like this traffic/etc was a surprise! They know how many codes there are and exactly when the demand would be.
