Wish I'd known about this Waiting Room bull opening early, I had the ticket page open but just didn't even think I'd need to refresh before 10...

This one said it was random when we logged in.

Otherwise, if you could queue up before 10am, that's sort of bullshit.

So it's a Coachella kind of waiting room then.

What a terrible, terrible, system. I've done AXS events before, but nothing with such high demand. The waiting room system sucked, I can't help but feel I got stuck in a loop when I'd been camping and waiting for quite a while.

I got into the waiting room right away at 9:45am and it didn't let me log in to buy tickets until 10:04am, so getting in to the waiting room early didn't help at all.

Well, at least the system worked the way it was supposed to. When I got through, tickets were sold out, but fortunate, I had two other friends also trying. Teamwork! :D

This will be a great birthday present for me. Yay!

For those who couldn't get there, there's always the glimmer of hope of the general sale tomorrow.

I was waiting since 9:30!

I was waiting at 9:47. The Waiting Room is meant to be randomized. I doubt getting in after 10am would have helped, but if you get in before 10am, you have as good of a chance getting tickets if you started at 9:55 or 9:45 or 9:30 (altho I didn't see it open that early, personally).

I've dealt with AXS before. They can be really frustrating, but honestly, after a few runs, no worse than Ticketmaster/Live Nation and the lot. And yes, I've dealt with high demand events too. It *can* be infurating, especially if you've never dealt with it before. Sympathetic sorry to those who couldn't get tix.

Yup, same as everyone else. What's shitty is that if you went back to the main ticket page, you could have bypassed the Waiting Room nonsense from the start.

I noticed this just a second too late.

Pretty devastated neither of these worked out for me. Probably not going to shell out for travel or tickets to see the arena tour, either, after this.
