I've gone through a few camera changes over time. I'm not 100% in love with my newest camera yet. It doesn't have as many manual options as my previous one and it's more difficult to work with in low lighting, but its size and video capabilities are a good trade off. I'm sorry to hear about this. I googled it and something as simple as hand soap can set off the machine. The tsa guy asked if I was an artist and I told him I make jewelry and do electroforming which uses chemicals. Be careful people and don't wash your hands before going through airport screenings.
