Damnit, anyone else wishes the verses were twice as long?

Like at 3:52 is like one of the most beautiful things I have heard from Muse, but it only last 10 seconds:(

Yeah, I have exactly the same feeling. The verses are great but too short.

It is beautiful even though it sounds like the love child of Bryan Adam's Everything I do and

U2s One Love. Runs out of steam at the end though, much like Globalist.

Very U2-esque, as other posters have said. As well as the guitar from One, the very beginning sounds like the intro to The Hands That Built America.

With the introduction and the first words, I feel like I watch Lord of The Rings or The Hobbit.

Am I getting muddled with my songs? Is it called The One? Anyway, the guitar is very similar and I do expect Matt to break into "look into my eyes" all the time.. still very lovely though.

I enjoy the song. It's super weird and the "bound together now and forever" makes me think I'm in church (which is a vibe I don't particularly care for) but it's still a good song.

Don't mind this, not sure about Matt's loud-ass vocals toward the end though, just seem slightly out of place and unnecessary.

By chance I decided to listen to Prelude from T2L and during the whole song I was feeling some Aftermath atmosphere. Just like Prelude is some sort of teaser or preview for Aftermath)

Could say this in every Drones thread, but the bass in this song is magnificent, especially during the clean solo. Best ballad they've ever done. Never really liked Invincible, the vibe in this one speaks to me more.
