ManiaMuse Posted June 3, 2015 Share Posted June 3, 2015 I actually think this is quite well put together and doesn't sound too auto-tuned, if at all. I'm pretty sure all the parts are Matt's voice, apart from the very end where there is something mixed very softly way below Matt's range. Although there is something very dodgy in the mix at 1.48 that stands out like a sore thumb, once you hear it once you won't be able to ignore it. I took people's advice and today, listened to it and The Globalist back to back as one song, and they're right, it really does work in that regard. It could have worked really well as an album closer, but as it is, it sounds more like an after-thought. Maybe that was the intention, I don't know.. but I wish they'd put a bit more thought into it.
