GrumpymouthGirl 10 Posted March 22, 2015 Just leaving the flat now. Walking up Oxford Road, can't wait to get there! So there's no chance of seeing the band...I'm just looking forward to the show!
maturefan 10 Posted March 22, 2015 WELP, that ultimately led to not much. Had fences up, could barely see the top of their heads Yeah, maybe after is the way to go. Depending on what time it finishes anyway, what sorta times have they been wrapping up? Got trains to catch and whatnot Look on the Newport thread. Someone posted that he met Chris after the gig but Matt and Dom had already left.

Uccellino 10 Posted March 22, 2015 Just remember, probably only 20% of the people at this gig are actually from near Manchester, the rest are from all over the place

MK333 10 Posted March 22, 2015 Best fucking gig of my life.. That was the most mental crowd ever. Talked to the guys at the sounddesk after the gig, they said it was by far the best gig of the tour... Anyway, Tom Kirk walked through the crowd during the encore and talked to some people good night everyone, have a good way home Gesendet von meinem iPhone mit Tapatalk
Green Mamba 10 Posted March 22, 2015 Life is too short to be stood like a Drone for half a day, I will be watching the Lpool v mange game before even travelling to the gig and will prob show up as doors open, from experience from gigs over the yrs being up at the front is not necessarily the best place to enjoy a gig Agreed and I've managed to be on the barrier for a special sold out Electric Six gig at Shepard's Bush Empire before. It's definitely more personal, but a very limited view point to take it all in. Tunnel vision.
MichaelDoyle 10 Posted March 22, 2015 The best gig I've ever been too! I clearly spotable on Dom's selfie too.
Chenshall90 10 Posted March 22, 2015 The crowd were brilliant tonight! Dead Star sounded completely different to how I've heard it before (admittedly only on YT vids), it was slower and during the verses the guitar was very prominent, it was my highlight of the night
DukeNatty 10 Posted March 23, 2015 Dead Star was a new version from what I could tell. No Morgan, no synths, plenty of guitar. Sounded incredible!
Tesseract 15 Posted March 23, 2015 Did any of you hear the sound check of the new song? Wondering what it sounded like other than possibly "stadiumish."
Tellyn 10 Posted March 23, 2015 Grabbed a ticket on Ticketmaster at about 6pm and managed to get to the venue from Leeds by 8pm! Fantastic gig, great to hear Dead Star at long last as well as Fury and The Groove!
Livs 10 Posted March 23, 2015 (edited) Oh. My. God What a setlist, what a crazy gig. So many mosh pits. Very active crowd. Had my hair pulled, elbowed in the back, i literally did not touch the floor for half of Dead Star, and i am going to be covered in bruises tomorrow. Totally worth it Catherine (over 100 gigs) said it was the best Muse gig she has ever been to Edited March 23, 2015 by Livs
ilovemymonkey 10 Posted March 23, 2015 Sounds like a feckin incredible gig... I'm soooooo looking forward to tomorrow now...!!!
weezul 10 Posted March 23, 2015 If I were on death row, this gig would have been my last meal. Holy shit. Fuck me sideways, amazing set, amazing crowd. And that circle pit for knights was sweet.
musedan 10 Posted March 23, 2015 shit the bed that was unbelievable. Olivia I was behind you I think, sorry if it was me elbowing you
Livs 10 Posted March 23, 2015 shit the bed that was unbelievable. Olivia I was behind you I think, sorry if it was me elbowing you Its alright, its hard not to come out untouched in a crowd like that! I figured midway that it was people trying to escape the moshpit that was creating the push!
