I like the fact that they hired an artist again but Matt Mahurin's work just doesn't seem to impress me that much. I think it's boring to go back to old album artists unless they're Storm Thorgerson or Jeff Jordan who can keep things feeling fresh each time. It didn't really lend itself to any themes on the album, at least in my opinion. Posted February 22, 2015 Share Posted February 22, 2015 It has a pretty big impact on the band merch often, for people who are really into that sort of thing, so it would be nice if it's slightly appealing, or at least relevant. I suppose with Muse it impacts some of the tour visuals, as well. Actually, you do raise a good point there. I actually quite liked the skull and Follow Me T2L t-shirts.
