Hat
There is one similar performance actually! Might be hard to get now that Muselive is basically dead though. I'll see if I can find it. My old channel is gone, but I do put up the occasional Muse related video here: https://www.youtube.com/user/Norce555/videos
YohOHOH
So it really exists! THANK YOU! Don't worry if you can't find it right now, sooner or later it'll come out anyway, and of course I'll be there to listen to it. Actually I knew that channel, I am already subscribed. Hat
I actually found the video (and uploaded it) It doesn't feature quite as crazy vocals as the other one, but this one is in the original key which kinda makes up for it!

YohOHOH
Those supersonic missiles cut through everything. I actually found the video (and uploaded it) It doesn't feature quite as crazy vocals as the other one, but this one is in the original key which kinda makes up for it! You absolutely made my day, thank you again! Yeah the 'and our souls' part is more like the studio version than the other one, I think it lasts even slightly more. How I wish there were the pro-shots... Don't forget this classic: http://picosong.com/vYp/ AHAHAHAHAHAH
Jobby
Sending out the Tjet signal: How high is ? 'Cause I swear that's one of the highest screams I've heard Matt come out with.
Nipso
D6 I think.
Hat
D was my first impression too (but it sounded way higher than D6), but wasn't sure so I checked with two other people and G#6 seems to be the most popular guess atm. So yeah, definitely his highest

I had a feeling it might be tbh but I have no idea how to pitch screams like that so I thought I'd hedge my bets to avoid looking foolish

DifferentPerson
"someone shouted this out earlier so we'll give it a go" Oh, the days when they'd just change the setlist on the fly like that edit: I guess they did it at the Mayan last year... but still stuff like that should happen way more frequently
Jobby
For anyone who's not heard this batshit version of Micro Cuts from a Radio 1 session back in 2001 (pro tip: wait for the outro). Edit: Also found that I hadn't heard before, with some screams and falsettos. Edited October 14, 2016 by Jobby

Holy shit. Was not expecting dat Execution Commentary bit during the outro. Don't think I've ever heard them do that bit live, sounded mega. Also what the hell is Matt screaming just before that bit? Cyndris
Edit: Also found that I hadn't heard before, with some screams and falsettos. That entire gig was quite intense actually. Was this the standard back then?
Hat
2005 was a really good year for Muse imo. And that version of Debase has such a groovy drum beat in the verses. Seriously, what happened to that song? Wrong decisions all around.
Jobby
The link for Micro Cuts isn't working. I think it's a bit finnicky with skipping, should be fine if you just let it play though? That entire gig was quite intense actually. Was this the standard back then? Yeah, the whole 2005 Campus Invasion tour is one of the main things I wish I could go back in time and experience. Extended Bliss coming back, early versions of Exo-P, Crying Shame + Assassin at every gig and Matt's vocals sound super on-form in everything I've heard from it. Just seemed like all-round club carnage
Hat
For that St. Louis gig I suggest checking out the TOADA performance as well. That ending...
Jobby
Also pretty sure I just found the most awkward start to a gig ever.
frozenbanana
The link for Micro Cuts isn't working. [YT] [/YT] That Undisclosed intro Ugh it annoys me how good the audio and picture quality is for that vid given how generic a set of songs there are within it (but yeah, that intro is great)
Clunge
Edit: Also found that I hadn't heard before, with some screams and falsettos. I remember the pre-BH&R era so well. I can't begin to describe how excited I was when we started getting these sketchy recordings of Debase. It sounded like such a monster. Also, those 2005 versions of Crying Shame were brilliant too.
