Problem with adding signature image

I'm trying to add a signature image (one of those fancy ones that updates to show what song you're listening to) to my sig but I keep getting this error message: Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file.

 

What does this mean, and how do I fix it?

It might be too big, or your sig has too many lines. Try reducing the size of the image, or test it with a clear sig box and see if that works.

I don't think the image is too big, as I've seen several people with the same sort of image. I'll try removing lines from my sig then.

No, it still doesn't work and I've tried with an empty sig box.

Uploading images is working so the problem probably lies with your image. We could look into that but... for a dynamic image like that you need to be linking to the site rather than uploading it as if you upload the image it will never change so you want to be putting it in [noparse][/noparse]
