I wouldn't worry just yet though. Laryngitis can take a couple of weeks to recover from, and he is likely still hesitant to push his voice at this stage. There was a vid of him in Brazil talking to fans outside the hotel and he was explaining that he had a cough for three weeks and that now he felt fine but his voice was 'bleah' (lol).
