Hat
If Fun get added to the UK shows i'm actually considering selling my tickets. This board sometimes. It's fucking support acts. Why do people buy their tickets before the support is announced if it means so much? No one is forcing you to see the support anyway.

No one is forcing you to see the support anyway. I've already organised to meet people in the queue pretty early to get a good spot and i'm not queuing all day then standing through 3 shit supports. Wembley was bad enough and that was when there was actual good supports on

Picko
Throwing a strop and threatening to not go because of support acts? Oh please If I like the support act, then of course I'd be happy, but if it's a band I don't listen to then I'd happily watch them for about 8 songs and see what they're made of. It's very seldom that I'd get upset over support acts, but I'd never threaten to sell my tickets!

I chose to see Muse on both nights instead of buying a Leeds ticket. Seeing Muse both nights will be pretty good but I (and a lot of more people i'm sure) assumed they'd have some decent supports on. Girl Anachronism
And I was just reminded that on that day it's Fête de la Musique (aka World Music Day http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/F%C3%AAte_de_la_Musique). Now that really is a sick joke (although Fête de la Musique usually equals terrible bands being allowed to make your ears bleed, so yes it could fit)
Keth
People whining over the support acts it's like they're more interested in seeing the support acts rather than being there for muse.
