WutDaFucksy
Guiding Light next then?..GL just doesn't work with Dom on his light up drums and with no heavy bass from Chris. Could have ended that after the word 'work'
Butrus
GL just doesn't work fixed that for you Matt lying down is so Chris Martin I wonder if he took lessons from him before this stadium tour
Matty987
Could have ended that after the word 'work' Well yes, But only Muse could take a terrible song and somehow make it worse.

Butrus
GL with no bass, no real drums and no streamers. what's the point of playing such a song really?
Matty987
GL with no bass, no real drums and no streamers. what's the point of playing such a song really? Exactly. And to be fair, when it came to the solo, it sounded horrendously muddy and was barely audible at Coventry. Also, Chris was playing the strat during it, but i have absolutely no idea what part he was playing..
Picko
If New Born really has sped up back to it's original tempo... However, would still prefer Stockholm Syndrome in Manchester. Looking doubtful though.
Gohenko
Wait, no bass on GL, you say? What is Chris doing then? Oh wait...do not say that Chris is playing guitar instead of Matt. That would be...horrible.
Gnossienne
So, Matt is desperately trying to be Bono and Chris Martin.

Green Mamba
The game... because Wembley's bigger... Debatable. Wembley is 90,000 seater stadium, Emirates is 60,000 With standing GA and rear seats not in use, the concert capacity is close to 92,000, that's based on a previous Bruce Springsteen gig. Green Mamba
I think Morgan is playing the bass in GL He was playing a lot of instruments at the Ricoh, true multi-instrumentalists are a rare breed. Played guitar for Blackout iirc, or whatever songs Matt was just singing on, I forget.

Green Mamba
A lot of activity in London tonight with the gig and UEFA final. The first half ended nil-nil. 170000 german fans are present. On topic: can't wait to see what rotations are up for tonight No stadium in the world holds 170,000, it has a seating capacity of 90,000.

But all of Morgans instruments are very quiet in the overall mixing of the sound. So the bass was completely drounded out by a horrible synthy whirring noise, whilst Doms light up kit just sounded like he was hitting two plastic bottles.
