Survival outro, it's just so heavy, and live it is even heavier.

Also love the outro to Animals. It's vintage Muse. I was surprised to see no option for Liquid State though, the main riff is pretty decent.

Agreed for wubwub, but I think that Survival couldn't have been mixed/mastered better

 

I think Survival on the album relies a bit too much on the choir, while live it's more focused on the band instruments. And of course live there is a volume boost during the ending that is not on the studio version, partly because of all the compression I think.

 

 

On-topic, my favourite has to be all of Survival's guitar work, mostly because it's the only song on the whole album that I thoroughly enjoy playing on the guitar.
